About Me.
Hi, I’m Maryssa.
Clinical Nutritionist. Mum. Lifelong student of health.
I believe good health isn’t about following the latest diet trend, cutting out half your pantry or trying to chase every symptom with a supplement.
It’s about understanding the bigger picture.
I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with a passion for helping people understand the relationship between nutrition, metabolism, gut health, hormones and everyday wellbeing.
My approach is evidence-based, individualised and practical - because nutrition advice is only useful if it can actually work in your life.
I’m not here to give you a cookie-cutter meal plan.
I’m here to help you understand your body, your nutrition and where to start.
Why Clinical Nutrition?
My journey into nutrition has always been driven by curiosity.
I’ve spent more than a decade immersed in the nutrition and health space, including working as a nutrition coach and health coach before progressing into clinical nutrition.
