Service Description

**Only available following an Initial Consultation. Follow up consultations help you stay on track and aligned to your health goals. It also allows me to monitor your progress and gives you the opportunity to discuss any challenges you may have encountered, and receive guidance on how to overcome them. On occasion the re-introduction of certain foods or dietary supplements will need to be re-evaluated, which is why it’s important to schedule in your follow up sessions accordingly.
